Hey, what the hun do you know, its time to update again! Well, um, time is flying I guess i can start off by saying. We only have till friday then its time to actually come home. Its been an awesome time here at Harrisburg getting adjusted back to American culture and debriefing about what all happened in India. However after about a week of talking about how you feel being back and what you experienced I think I'm ready to start life again! They are teaching a lot of good stuff here its just that I am so close to home and am starting to get itchy!  We gave our presentation at two of my team mates churches in Reading on Sunday, its kinda fun dressing up Indian for a day. Oh yeah, we hit up Chocolate World last night for fun, that was cool! Its been changed since the last time I was there, they have these cool cows that sing to you as you ride past on the cart thing. I guess it also helps if your with a wierd bunch. Uh oh, i have to go to dinner here and be on time, else its dishes for me. Have a great on all, thanx for caring and praying. Will see you all soon, for sure Sunday. Be blessed and relaxed,

Woohoo! Haylo USA! Wow, its great to be back is the first thing I'll say. Its quite a rocker to have the sudden change is food, sights, sounds, looks, ect. But feels great to be back and not feel sick anymore, well at least not near as much. That has really cleared up thank God.
Back before I left, I must say thought that it was hard leaving those you get close to. It seemed to hit them more actually, especially since it is a very warm culture, people bond very closely. Everyone knows everything about everyone, its annoying sometimes but it makes close connections. So after we made it through the goodbyes it time to try to make it through the airport w/o being snagged somewhere. It actually was quite easy considering they were on high alert, all went well with the baggage and customs. The flight home was great, we left at midnight and landed in Chicago at 5 am. Its kinda wierd because we flew for 15 hours but actually only for 5 according to the time zone. Jet lag isn't too back as long as you slept good on the plane. 1 and half from Chicago to Harrisburg and its a beautiful Sunday afternoon in America, ah. I have been spending Sunday and today walking around getting myself back into the culture here. Its not to crazy of a feeling but it is wierd. I would go on about all the culture stuff and details but thats boring. All in all its great to be back and I can't wait to see you all again. Be chill, blessed, and enjoy life,
love to all,
timmers

p.s- sorry the writting is small and boring, i have absolutly no options for some reason this time while updating

Well, its been an interesting week here! Let me say something right away, when you are in a field away from your comfort zone Time Flys! Now only 6 days left. The going away parties and fair wells have been started. Its now that you realize what all has happened, what hasn't happened, and all the relationships that you have made. Anyway, I guess the event for me was after being sick for 4 days, only then finding I have a fever of 102. lol. A few days ago it was at a nice 104, but its all good. I am feeling better, but would appreciate your prayers because I still am not back to what I should be. Stuff like that kills wears you down, along with not sleeping well at night. Every night consitstantly, the electricity will go off from 1-3. Our little inverter ( a batter that charges during the day) only last about an hour. Once that dies, its you, the heat, and the misquitos. So thats been a little rough, but its part of life hear. Its not always like that, but just recently. Was able to buy some nice shirts here the other day, stuff here in India is so much cheaper the US. You can eat a nice meal for about 1 dollar. If you eat at a 5 star hotel its about 20 dollars for all the stuff there. The only problem about buying clothes hear is that I'm to stinkin big for half the stuff. Indian people are signifcantly smaller. Well, think this i gonna be my last update in India, unless i get some more time to update this week when we come back from the north. I just wanted to say thanx to all who took the time to read my ramblings and leave a message. You guys are great, and I can't wait to see ya all again.

Hey friends,

Sorry all, i've been lazy..... but its so much fun! Yeah, its the stage in the trip where the end is actally close and the days begin to blur by. less than 3 weeks i'll be in Harrisburg. 2 weeks there and then its back in the hood. Can't wait to see ya all again. Thursday-Sat we get to live on our train again, hurrah. Praise God for his grace and protection down here. I have many stories of how he is working and showing himself here, he is just awesome. An example was with the digital camera (which should not be working because of all the abuse it has been through over here!) but any way, the first card we had is trashed somehow and does not work. Thank God is happend after we got the pics off. Now we are using the little back up card. With was only supposed to hold 400 pics. Well we have 600 on it and there is still room. Where did the extra room come from? there is one explanation left! Praise God! We have another little 3 day trip to the northern part of India next week. So please keep praying for us. With the crazy people on this team, u never know what will happen! I am slightly bummed about not being home for July 4th,  its amazing what view you have on the country where you live from another point of view in the world. Suddenly a huge holiday to us is jack squat over here. But we'll manage. Right now i am listening to jtl on the net so i feel like i'm at home. I love you all and think of you all when i pull out that retreat picture! Keep him #1,

timmers
